SELCO’s latest Special Legacy Program took place in October 2019. Genealogist and author Rick Crume traveled around the SELCO region to offer four different programs on search techniques and best practices for anyone interested in learning more about their family’s history.

Rick is a contributing editor for Family Tree Magazine, and specializes in online research, genealogy software, and British genealogy.
