All final report materials for FY23 grants are due by January 31, 2024. Please complete the final report form within 30 days of the completion of your Community Collaboration project. A budget table is required as part of the final report process. To submit your budget table, make a copy of the attached spreadsheet, fill out the required information, and upload your saved spreadsheet to the form. You can also email your budget table to email@example.com.
Information submitted via the online form is secure. After submitting your final report, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact SELCO's Legacy Coordinator as your report may not have been received.
